Terms and Conditions
- The Garden House and the Coach House are available for a minimum stay of one week, Saturday to Saturday and Sunday to Sunday respectively.
- Part weeks may be available on request at certain times of the year - please do not hesitate to contact us.
- The Houses are available from 16.00 hours on the day of arrival to 10.00 hours on the day of departure.
- Tenants are requested to leave the property and contents clean and tidy.
- The hirer is responsible during the rental period for any damage or losses to the furniture, fittings and structure and any such damages must be paid for by the hirer.
- Please notify us of any damages.
- A deposit of 40% is required on confirmation of the booking and the balance is due not less than 2 months prior to the start date of the holiday.
- Payment in full is required if booked within 2 months of the start date.
- We strongly recommend that tenants take out a holiday insurance policy as we are unable to offer refunds on cancellations.
- Payment may be made by cheque to Balgonie Country House.
- We are also happy to accept payment by credit card or debit card, excluding American Express.
